Erin Ventures Extends Warrants

Erin Ventures Inc. [TSX-Venture: EV] is extending, by one year, the term of the 16,500,000 warrants issued on December 2, 2010. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.25 per share. The term of the warrants is being extended from December 2, 2012 to December 2, 2013, at the same price. The extension is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
