Erin Ventures Proposes Private Placement

Erin Ventures Inc. is proposing to carry out a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,067,000 units at a price of nine cents per unit for total proceeds of up to $96,030. Each unit is to consist of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant, each full warrant (consisting of two half warrants) will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of 15 cents per share if exercised within one year.

The proceeds from the offering will be used for payment of liabilities and working capital purposes. The corporation anticipates paying finders' fees of up to 10 per cent respecting the proposed private placements. There is no assurance that the corporation will successfully complete all or any portion of this proposed private placement. This proposed private placement is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
