ERIN VENTURES COMPLETES DEBT SETTLEMENT

Erin Ventures Inc. has completed the settlement of $210,000 in debt by the issuance of two million units at a price of 10.5 cents per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price 15 cents per share during the first year or 20 cents per share during the second year, and expires Aug. 10, 2008. The securities are subject to a hold period expiring Dec. 11, 2006.
