Erin Ventures to issue shares to settle $210,000 debt

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Erin Ventures Inc.'s proposal to issue two million shares at a deemed price of 10.5 cents per share and two million share purchase warrants to settle outstanding debt for $210,000.

Warrants: two million share purchase warrants to purchase two million shares Warrant exercise price: 15 cents per share for a one-year period and 20 cents per share in the second year The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
