ERIN ANNOUNCES FURTHER CHANGES TO PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Due to market conditions and further to the news release dated March 24 2005 the company wishes to announce an adjustment to the placement. The private placement consisted of a total of 1,357,071 units at a price of $0.28, each unit consisting of one share and one warrant at $0.40, with proceeds totaling $379,979.88. The placement has been re-priced and the total units post adjustment are now 2,110,999. The total proceeds remains the same. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant with a term of one year.

The unit price has been adjusted to $0.18 and the warrants to $0.31 per share, proceeds remaining at $379,979.88

This placement remains subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The proceeds of this placement will be used for payment of debt and general working capital. Finder’s fees of $28,498.43 will be paid on the private placement.
