Mr. Blake Fallis reportsPROPOSED NEW PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Erin Ventures proposes to carry out a private placement of up to 600,000 units at a price of 25 cents per unit, each unit to consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant with an exercise price of 35 cents per share and an expiry date of Sept. 25, 2003. The corporation may pay finders' fees of up to 7.5 per cent of the gross proceeds with respect to this private placement. The proceeds of this proposed private placement will be used to provide Erin Ventures with working capital and to pay existing liabilities.
