Following a continuous disclosure review by the British Columbia Securities commission, Erin Ventures Inc. has amended and restated some of the schedules to certain of its previously filed quarterly reports. In particular, the Schedule B's to the quarterly report for the period ended March 31, 2000 and June 30, 2000 had been amended and restated, and the Schedule C's for the quarterly reports for the periods ended March 31, 2001, June 30, 2000, September 30, 2000, December 31, 2000 and March 31, 2001 have been amended and restated.
