Erin Ventures Grants Options
October 3, 2013
As previously announced on June 13, 2013, Erin Ventures Inc. (TSX-Venture: EV) had granted 200,000 options at a price of $0.08 per share to a consultant and, subject to renewal of the agreement after 120 days, would grant a further option for another 200,000 shares at the then market price, subject to regulatory pricing limits. The options will expire on the earlier of 5 years or the termination of the consulting agreement.
According to amended terms, the options were granted at a price of $0.10 per share, and not $0.08 per share.
