Erin Ventures Inc. Issues Shares for Advisory Services
April 18, 2013
Erin Ventures Inc. [TSX-Venture: EV] has issued a total of 470,588 common shares, at a price of $0.085 per share in payment of $40,000 of the advisory fees payable to Byron Capital Markets Ltd. as the Company’s financial advisor, as described in Erin’s news release of February 26, 2013. The shares are subject to a hold period expiring August 19, 2013.
